Established in 1922 this huge bookshop carries a collection of up to 40,000 titles. Books cram the shelves with esoteric titles, and the whole store is a haven of tranquillity, peace, and knowledge. Crystals, candles, cards, jewellery, incense and oils sit beside an extensive collection of alternative, New Age reading matter. Sections include astrology, Buddhism, theology, pyschology, mythology, eastern medicine, and New Age fiction. A must for the promoters of self-awareness and Spirituality. The shop is run by the Theosophical Society.
