This is the designer's bookshop. The shelves are crowded with a comprehensive selection of imported and Australian titles with subject matter that includes the latest in design names, photography, art, cooking, architecture, graphic design, fashion, fiction and non-fiction. And as a more unusual speciality, Ariel has an “underculture” section--shelves devoted to alternative sub culture, b-grade cult movies, and the bizarre. Staff are friendly and helpful, and if they do not have what you want, they will try to track it down for you.
