Baskin Robbins may be a dime a dozen in America, but flavours like Peanut Butter and Chocolate, Choc Chip and Cookie Dough, and Praline-coated Pecans and Cream are still pretty exotic in a country whose most adventurous combination was, until recently, a tub of Neopolitan.
