Chef Mr Tran Tinh formerly cooked for the South Vietnamese Prime Minister so you are guaranteed some traditional Vietnamese cuisine when you eat here. Waitresses wear traditional Vietnamese dress. Popular with locals. Specialities include 'Bonfire' dishes - a choice of beef, chicken or prawns cooked at the table in a ceramic pot then rolled into ricepaper leaves with vegetables and special fish sauce. Unusual treats include Minced Abalone in Escargot Shells, Whole Stuffed Boneless Chicken and Filleted Stuffed Fish.
