Bimbadgen, which means 'lovely views', is set high on a hill, and is easily recognised by its square-cut bell tower. With a white-washed Mediterranean style, Bimbadgen's state-of-the-art wine making technology produces a Signature Series bottle-aged Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz, and an Estate Range that includes a Verdelho and Pinot Noir. These mature vineyards have been producing flavour-rich grapes for over twenty-five years. Homestead or cottage accommodation is available on the grounds of the estate, and Bimbadgen recently celebrated the opening of its brand new Mod Oz restaurant with sweeping views of the Valley.
