Bleak is the last word to describe this historic bed and breakfast. Restful, comfortable and friendly would better suit. Heritage listed, this grand home offers beautifully appointed private rooms, with sweeping views over the river from the verandah. The big cooked breakfast is a delicious way to start the day and you can get some exercise during the five minutes walk to the centre of town. Rates quoted are for weekend stays.
