Billed as "distinctively Hunter", Briar Ridge, situated 300 feet above the Valley floor at Mt View, is a specialist boutique winery that works to keep yield low and flavours high, resulting in full-bodied reds and whites. The contemporary Varietal range features some fabulous drops, including an Early Harvest Semillon, Hand Picked Chardonnay, and Old Vines Shiraz, all of which are designed for al fresco dining.
