This coffee shop imports hand-crafted coffee blends direct from Rome. Shipped every two weeks and stored in purpose-built cool rooms, this gives Sydneysiders the chance to experience the rich velvet-smoothness of traditional, artisan coffee. Caffe Berado's 'Americana' blend for bodums, and 'Suprema' for espresso machines retail for AUD36 per kilo; and the 'Pregiata' blend for stove top espresso makers costs AUD34. There are also half a dozen tables, so you can order a long black, or sweet, milky Romano and a plate of melt-in-your-mouth Italian biscuits while you decide what to buy.
