A garden first and winery second, the stately English style grounds, with their magnificently manicured hedges and carefully clipped conifers, are known as the Gardens of the Hunter, but that does not detract from the winery itself, which also enjoys an enviable reputation. The seven hectare vineyard produces limited quantities of trophy winning Chardonnay, Semillon and Cabernet Merlot. Garden tours are available.
