This is a pristine, local, modern Japanese restaurant, tucked away at the bottom end of Bourke Street. This young, creative couple have taken soba noodles and sushi into a new designer realm. George Nelson lights are the focal point for this stylish but casual eatery serving all the usual Japanese classics plus a few creative inventions. The tea-smoked roasted chicken, sushi and sashimi are great value.
