Deep in the forest of the Southern Highlands is this cool climate winery specialising in sweeter varieties. With vineyards of White Frontignac and Muscat Hamburg and the Hungarian varieties Furmint and Harslevelu, Eling Forest produces a diverse range including a seductive Botrytis Riesling. Other fruity forays include their wine-based Peach Ambrosia, a Peach Eau de Vie clear brandy, and a Cherry port.
