Malabar specialises in the "lighter" cooking of Southern India, which has a large vegetarian population--not that meat-eaters should be put off - quite the contrary. There is a tantalising, authentic selection of dishes such as Lentil Pancakes, Vegetarian Thali, Mysore Chilli Chops and Biryani, all freshly prepared on the premises. The décor is comfortable and there is a private function room.
