Dining at the Marque is not about filling up; it's about enjoying your meal. The intimate and quiet surroundings along with subdued lighting makes sure that your attention does not stray from savoring your food - 'Chef of the Year 2006' winner Mark Best has created a menu with a mind-boggling variety of flavors and textures. The dishes, however, are experimental and unique, and not for lovers of conventional cuisine. If you can't choose from the extensive a la carte menu just go in for the 8 course ‘Degustation' menu for AUD125 per person. Complete the gastronomic experience with a glass of wine or a sinful dessert.
