The owner-cum-chef at Omega, Peter Conistis, likes to serve up traditional Greek cuisine with his own special touches added on. The decor of this restaurant is also a blend of the old and the new - 70's and 80's looking furniture has been teamed with an contemporary interior. The Blue Swimmer Crab and Haloumi Tartlet with Witlof, Cucumber and Salmon Roe (AUD26), and the Kangaroo Island Chicken with Loukaniko Stuffing, Spinach, Preserved Orange and Thousand Layer Cheese Tart (AUD38) are must-haves.
