As Hunter Valley as it gets, this is a very tidy display of good winemaking. Despite the name, Peacock Hill is not all flash, no substance the winery does a fabulous Shiraz, as well as top-notch Cabernet and Chardonnays, all of which are made from one hundred percent estate grown fruit. Visitors can bring their own goodie laden hamper and blanket and spread out under the shade of the peppercorn trees, a perfect for a picnic A Room With A View-style.
