Some wineries concentrate on single style varietals, but some, like Pendarves, like to mix it up a little. Pendarves' blends with a difference include a magic Merlot-Malbec-Cabernet that is well worth breaking out the crystal for. They are also well known for their Pinot Noir, Chambourcin, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, and have amassed a ton of trophies for their Chardonnay, Verdelho, and that Hunter favorite, Shiraz.
