This enchanting estate encompasses not only the winery but also the award winning Robert's Restaurant, and the Convent Guesthouse, a rambling 17 room guesthouse built in 1909 for the Bridgidine nuns at Coonamble. Most enchanting of all is the timber A-frame chapel, the most romantic wedding venue imaginable. Adjoining the winery is the cellar door sales barn, where the stunning cobalt blue and ruby red bottles are eclipsed only by their contents Pepper Tree's wines are magnificent and their Traminer, with its heavy rose petal aroma, is coveted all over Australia.
