Built in 1937 this cinema completely refurbished and restored in 1998, with 3 new theatrettes, a digital sound system and state-of-the-art acoustics, and the original, massive movie house, seating 830. This wonderful suburban cinema is a favourite amongst movie buffs for its ambience. It shows the latest mainstream releases. Randwick is in the Eastern Suburbs, about 20 minutes by bus from the city.
