No prizes for guessing where the name comes from. This boutique winery is constructed from handmade adobe bricks made from the property's rich red clay soil. This soil is not only great architecturally, but also for producing high yielding vines. Red Clay Estate are a new winery offering old-style hospitality, serving traditional a ploughman's lunch and tasty cheese platters.
