In between riding the waves, drop into Saltwater for a little cybersurfing. Saltwater is a real "cafe" in that it actually serves food--serious fare like veal cutlets with bell peppers, French beans and roasted garlic sauce AUD19.50 and Atlantic salmon on wilted greens with creamed potatoes, leeks and sun-dried tomatoes AUD21.50. Saltwater's location in the heart of Coogee makes it popular with the backpacking fraternity, but the cafe's 10 terminals are utilised by a wide cross-section of the community lured here by the food. Internet access costs AUD1 for 10 minutes.
