Maybe it is the pergolas shading the outdoor terrace, or maybe the Italianate sculptures, but there is more than a hint of Tuscany at Sandalyn, one of the gems in the Hunter's collection of European-styled boutique wineries. Sandalyn produces a premium offering of Chardonnay, Semillon, Verdelho, and Traditional Methode Champenoise, but is perhaps best known for its velvety-smooth Pinot Noir and a lively Shiraz.
