If not, you should be--instead of Rosemary, Sage, Parsley and the rest, you will find premium wine: Scarborough's Chardonnays are among the best in the Hunter, and their Pinot Noirs are also a treat. And if that is not reason enough, the sweeping views over the Brokenback Mountains are nothing short of spectacular.
