Cheaper than visiting Tokyo and almost as authentic this is probably the best soba noodle around. Yoshi, the chef and owner makes these fresh soba noodles each day. Yoshi has a regal noodle history and is only one of fifty master soba noodle chefs; he has been making soba for over twenty years.
