Set in the habitually busy Sydney Fish Market, you really will not find sushi much fresher than this. Efficient and friendly, complimentary green tea is served here as soon as you sit down. It is popular with Japanese visitors and residents, as well as those after something a bit different from the traditional fish and chips. You can also enjoy a stroll round the fish markets afterwards. Everything is made to order, and served with wasabi and slivers of ginger.
