Fine wines improve with age, (along with fine cheese and fine women, or so the cliche goes) and the folks at Waverley Estate are aged wine specialists. In fact, ask the Malings about any vintage over the past few decades and they will be able to fill you in, as well as explain the aging process. Set back from picturesque Palmers Lane, this historic grey sandstone building is home to some of the Hunter's best barrel and bottle aged wines, produced from home grown grapes.
